Replacement, Return and Refunds

 

  1. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

 

  1. Return and Replacement Policy

You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund.

Replacements will only be granted if the product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

You are required to report the defect within 7 days of receipt of the product by writing to us on sales@alkosign.com

 

  1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is ready for dispatch. Once a product is ready for dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

ALKOSIGN reserves the right to modify or update this refund and replacement policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
